Congratulations, Bob! You've provided a much-needed voice of reason
and logic to the PriusChat and GreenHybrid forums. I've learned a
tremendous amount from your postings here.
Now that you have reached 100K miles, I am wondering whether you plan
any preventive maintenance such as replacing the ICE and inverter
water pumps, serpentine drive belt, radiator hoses, engine
thermostat, etc.? I recall that you are already planning to replace
the front struts/rear shocks in the spring or summer.
I see that you are about to lose warranty coverage with respect to
the traction battery, hybrid vehicle ECU, and traction battery ECU.
I can't think of anyone who is more prepared for failures in those
areas. Knowing that your goal is to keep your Prius running for an
extended period of time, I hope that you will continue to enjoy
trouble-free service.
