My son can and will pull the DOC band off occasionally. He really
didn't very much at the beginning, but sometimes he thinks it's cute
or funny to pull it off and reposition it on his head. He'll also
pull it off in the car when he is bored. We simply put it back on and
he usually doesn't fight us. The technicians have told me you can
bobby pin it, but I'm always afraid he'll somehow get those off and
swallow them.
We actually take him to CT in Oak Brook Terrace (not sure if I
mentioned that or if it's a coincidence you asked about Chicago) and
we've been very happy. Feel free to email me with any questions!
