[Plagio] 10 mo old w/left tort drags his left leg when crawling - related?

My son (10 mos) has left tort and is 2 1/2 months in his helmet. He
started military crawling several weeks ago. It has humored me to
watch him b/c he scoots on his belly, pushing with his right leg but
dragging the left behind. It just dawned on me, though, that perhaps
it could be related to his tort? Has anyone had experience with this?
We go to CT on Wednesday and to PT on Thursday, but I'd love to hear
any thoughts/stories before then. Thanks!!
